I had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic - friendly and always eager to help. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The rooms were well-maintained and had all necessary amenities. The breakfast had a wide selection and was nicely presented.

This new hotel offers beautifully decorated and clean rooms equipped with all amenities travelers could need, including bathroom supplies and refillable bottled water. Located near a shopping arcade and close to attractions, it is a convenient place to stay. Guests can enjoy a nice buffet breakfast with plenty of options, while friendly and polite staff are always eager to help.

Some visitors have reported loud disturbances from other guests at the hotel, making it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.

Spent Easter weekend at a newly renovated hotel in the heart of Mandalay. Loved the beautifully decorated, clean rooms that offered refillable water bottles and all bathroom amenities. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choices. the hotel staff were very friendly, polite, and eager to help. Location was great - shopping arcade right opposite the hotel and close to key landmarks.

The room curtains were made of laminated glass, which made the room hot even with the air-con on the lowest setting. Noise from other hotel guests on the same floor was disruptive at times.

The rooms were well decorated and clean, with all the necessary bathroom amenities provided. The location was great as it was near a shopping arcade. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choices.

There were some communication issues during check-in and out, causing delays. It was also confusing when staff asked for information about our reservation.

A luxurious stay with exceptional service at this venue. the exclusive amenities like outdoor swimming pool, steam room and sun loungers fulfilled my every need. Poolside snack bar and restaurant offered a variety of dishes with special diet menus. the location advantage is great, with nearby shopping areas and easy access to the city center. the room advantages like private facilities were exceptional and added to the overall luxurious experience.

Minor issue with mosquitoes in public areas of the hotel, but the regular pest control seems to be helping. the staffs were friendly and professional though check-in and out could be done more efficiently.

New, large hotel with beautifully decorated and clean rooms. Friendly and eager staff. Convenient location near cruise pier and attractions. Shopping arcade opposite hotel. WiFi works well.
